Official guide

Every feature,
explained clearly.

This index explains each capability, its boundaries and its status. Experimental features are labeled rather than presented as guaranteed.

01 — COMMERCE

Shopping and catalog

Products are organized into main and subcategories; empty subcategories are hidden. Search, favorites, images, ILS and token prices, stock, warranty, policy and important notices form one consistent product journey.

Variants

When applicable, the selected color and size stay attached to the cart item. Products without sizes are not forced into a fake variant.

Related products

Structured catalog data supports useful alternatives when an item is unavailable or a shopper searches by similarity.

02 — AI ASSISTANT

Quds

An assistant account inside Messages. It can explain PSES, help users express a need, and recommend currently available catalog items for a budget or occasion. Product recommendations appear as actionable cards.

Trusted data

Price, stock and private order facts must come from trusted PSES services—not model guesses. Quds is not a normal social profile.

Boundaries

Quds assists decisions and may be wrong. It does not provide medical or legal advice and does not promise availability without verification.

03 — EXPERIMENTAL

Virtual try-on

For supported apparel, a user selects their photo and a chosen garment image to generate an approximate in-app preview. It helps visualization; it is not a guarantee of fit, color or fabric behavior.

Privacy and quality

Images follow the feature’s dedicated processing flow. Weak results should be rejected or shown with a clear limitation.

Controlled experimental rollout
04 — PILOT

Smart sizing

A pilot estimates measurements from a front-facing full-body image with a known reference such as A4 paper. When a garment has audited per-size measurements in centimeters, PSES can compare them and gently warn when a selected size may not fit as expected.

Not medical measurement

Unusable images should be rejected with a reason and better capture guidance. Users retain control over their selection.

Not expanded before accuracy is proven
05 — DISCOVERY

Discover product videos

A vertical short-video feed inside the app. Every video links to a product, with clear lanes for verified-buyer experiences and community videos. Likes, comments, sharing, views and reporting are part of the flow.

Recommendation transparency

Viewing and interaction signals can help ranking, while PSES avoids fabricated following or popularity signals.

06 — COMMUNITY

Community posts

Separate from video. Supports practical post types such as jobs, CVs, product requests and services. Posts may include city, status, expiration and comments, with saving, reporting and blocking.

Optional product links

Product linking depends on post type, unlike Discover videos where it is required.

07 — POST-PURCHASE

Orders, delivery and returns

Users see items, quantities, variants, payment and order status. Updates can arrive in-app and through device notifications when permitted.

Payment and returns

Orders may support cash or PSES tokens. Item-level returns settle as internal token credit, including when the original order was paid in cash.

Live tracking

The platform is structured for live trip tracking, but availability depends on the order, region and assigned driver.

08 — IN-APP VALUE

Wallet, tokens and tasks

PSES tokens are in-app credit—not cryptocurrency and not cash-withdrawable. The server controls the trusted ILS rate and redemption rules.

Earning

Eligible rewards can come from verified tasks, progressive purchase tasks and qualified referrals. Each reward has explicit limits and idempotent settlement.

09 — PRIVATE REFERRALS

Referral program

When attribution is eligible and a trusted order completes, the referrer receives in-app tokens equal in value to 25% of PSES’s recognized profit on that order—not 25% of the order total.

Privacy and fairness

The referred shopper does not see who referred them. The referrer does not see identity, order details or order value—only aggregated counts and internal rewards. Abuse controls and limits apply.

10 — COMMUNICATION
••

Messages and notifications

User conversations and the persistent Quds conversation support sequential messages, local deletion and abuse reporting. Notifications cover important order, message, support and interaction events without exposing technical identifiers.
