What is PSES?
PSES is the Palestinian smart marketplace: a local shopping, discovery, messaging and community app with AI-assisted capabilities. It is not a blockchain network or cryptocurrency platform.
Where does PSES operate?
PSES is designed to serve Palestine and Israel. Product, delivery and tracking availability depends on the area and fulfillment party.
Is the new release available now?
Version 2 is being prepared and tested for launch. The official download page will show the correct availability and store links.
Are prices and stock live?
Product pages read price, stock and variants from the PSES catalog. Critical details are revalidated when an order is created instead of trusting stale device data.
Which payment methods are supported?
The flow is designed to support cash or PSES tokens when eligible and available. Unavailable methods should not be presented as active.
What are PSES tokens? Can I withdraw them?
They are in-app credit—not cryptocurrency and not cash-withdrawable. The trusted ILS rate and redemption rules come from PSES servers.
How can I earn tokens?
Through eligible verified tasks, progressive purchase tasks and qualified referrals. Each reward has explicit conditions and limits.
How is a referral reward calculated?
For an eligible referral after a trusted order completes, the reward value is 25% of PSES's recognized profit on the order—not 25% of the order total. It is credited as in-app tokens. Referrers do not see the shopper’s identity, order details or order value.
Does the referred shopper see the referrer?
No referrer identity is shown in the shopping flow. Referral attribution should not change the shopper’s product price.
Who is Quds?
Quds is an AI assistant inside Messages. It helps explain PSES, suggests catalog items and can answer authenticated order questions. It may be wrong and does not provide medical or legal advice.
Does virtual try-on guarantee fit or appearance?
No. It is an approximate preview for supported apparel and may differ from reality in color, fabric and garment details.
Is smart sizing 100% accurate?
No. It is an approximate warning based on image quality, a scale reference and audited garment measurements. It is not medical measurement and the shopper keeps final control.
How do returns work?
Eligible returns may cover one or more items based on product policy. Current settlement is issued as in-app token credit even if the original payment was cash; cash refund is not part of the current policy.
Do product links open the app?
Yes. Official app.psesnetwork.com/p/… links open the product when the app is installed or direct to the store otherwise. Deferred continuation also depends on store and device support.
Is live tracking available for every order?
No. It depends on the order, region and an assigned trip and driver. PSES should not display a fake location when no live trip exists.
How does PSES protect accounts and content?
PSES uses authentication, server-side access rules, App Check for sensitive flows, rate limits, idempotency and report/block tools. No system prevents all abuse, so monitoring and response remain ongoing.
How can I delete my account?
Use Account → Settings → Delete account in the app. If you cannot sign in, use the official account deletion page.
